Who we are

This site is operated by AO Elite, an independently owned agency of AO Globe Life, for the purpose of recruiting candidates in the United States.

What we collect

Contact details you submit: name, email address, phone number, and city/state.
Your answers to the candidate assessment.
How much of the overview video was watched, and the referral source of your visit.

How we use it

We use this information for one purpose: evaluating your interest in a position and contacting you about it — by phone, text message, or email. By submitting the form you consent to being contacted this way. Message and data rates may apply to texts; reply STOP to any text to opt out of texting.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose unrelated to recruiting.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc., which processes them on our behalf. The overview video is served by YouTube/Vimeo, whose own privacy policies apply to video playback.

Retention & your choices

We keep applications for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you — email hiring@aogl.life and we'll take care of it promptly.
