    The moment you book, we email your Zoom link, the meeting ID and everything you need to be ready.

  2. A session with our Hiring Director

    A short group session covering the role, the training and how our reps actually get paid.

  3. Your one-on-one

    You'll meet with a leader individually, and you'll know where you stand the same day.

About licensing

If you are not currently licensed, you will be required to begin your state Life & Health Insurance licensing process upon hire.

Candidates who are already licensed or already in the process of obtaining their license are more likely to be selected for the position.

You can improve your chances by enrolling in a state-approved pre-licensing course before your interview.
